Me and my wife had a great stay at Swiss County. It is located close to main high way to Munnar in a calm and peaceful place. The staffs are very polite and well mannered. Got a briefing about the facility during the check in itself. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. The garden in the backyard is well maintained and good spot for photo sessions. The restaurant is well maintained and the view is beautiful from here. Food was really tasty and of good quality ( this is what we liked the most). Overall we enjoyed the stay. Good value for money and we recommend Swiss County to other travellers as well.

Rooms were huge with great outdoor area with chairs and table for relaxing. Amazing views, birds - lovely. We ate at the hotel both nights and it was very good as was breakfast. Yes there are stairs up to the restaurant but some exercise is good for us. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money - recommend.

The resort has very minimal number of rooms but they are beautifully kept and have a very nice view! Food in the restaurant is good and the complementary breakfast was also delicious with many options! A beautiful and comfortable stay 🙂

Beautiful view from the room balcony.We stayed in suite room and it was so spacious. All rooms will get brilliant view specially sunrise. Staff is always on the toe and very good service provided. Breakfast options can be expanded, but taste wise it is good.Really enjoyed the stay at this place.

Nicely located on a hill overlooking the amazing tea plantations. Great location for walking around the plantations and into some local small shops. Staff were helpful and friendly, always looking to ensure our time there was pleasant. Beautiful views from rooftop dining. Food was very tasty and enjoyable.

Property is around 10 km away from Munnar.No restaurant is available nearby.We had taken Regalia ac room which was on ground floor.which had beautiful valley view but to reach hotel restaurant one has to climb almost 4 floors.The kichen is on the 1st floor,so one has to order food in one go which is inconvenient.we were served stone cold jeera aloo sabji which appeared to be quite stale. For breakfast limited menu and only ala carte was provided.for the price you are paying food was disaster.
